About Us

Providing an opportunity for individuals and groups to benefit from examples of nonviolent advocacy…

Exploring moral, ethical, and theological imperatives for justice and human rights for all people
  • The Institute serves as an instrument to examine and develop strategies to expand public awareness and support of fairness in the criminal justice system, with particular emphasis on crime prevention, mandatory sentencing, disparities in sentencing, alternative sentencing, indigent defense, and the death penalty.

  •  The Institute explores ways of advancing diversity and justice in the workplace and enhancing labor-management relations.

  • The Institute engages leadership in the public and private sectors to examine policies and practices related to responsible stewardship and encourages reverence for health and life in the industrial, social, and cultural complexes of the nation and the world.

  • The Institute provides opportunities for dialogue among personalities involved in international crises, particularly in developing nations.  Global networking to address the hopes and aspirations of oppressed persons should be a natural product of such intercourse and exchange.
